Flex-Pilates uses various exercises geared to restructuring the abs while strengthening the back, legs and arms muscles. Alternating between muscular and flexibility exercises, this course also helps you to regain suppleness in you joints.

The exercises are performed either standing up or lying on a mat, and sometimes with accessories such as a small or a large ball.

In Flex-Pilates, we alternate muscles work-out (80%) with flexibility exercises (20%). This approach allows the tight muscles to relax and the weaker muscles to be called at work
