Flex-Fitness

Flex-Fitness (ex Flex-Pilates) uses various exercises geared at restructuring the abdos while strengthening the back, legs and arms muscles. Alternating between muscular and flexibility exercises, this course also helps regain suppleness in your joints.

The exercises are performed either standing up or lying on a mat, and sometimes with accessories such as a small or a large ball.

In Flex-Fitness, we alternate muscles work-out with flexibility exercises. This approach allows the tight muscles to relax and the weaker muscles to be called at work
