Dynamo is a totally unique method of aerobic fitness training. Based on the Interval Training principle, this dance class offers the benefits of a 60-minutes workout in only 30 minutes.

No dance experience required.

Each week, we are having fun while dancing on a different music and experiencing a different style. It can be Jazz, Bollywood, Salsa, Cabaret, Modern or Charleston that encourages you to swing your arms, legs and your entire body in an easy series of movements.

At the end of the song, we take our breath for a short minute, and there we go again. This alternation between high and low cardio, forces our body to develop a better general cardio-respiratory capacity.
